Netplan's consultants are specialists in IT and telecommunication. Beside our advisory services several of our engineers are participating in international standardization work on an international level. Netplan is member of ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute) where our consultants have participated in several workgroups over the years. This gives us the opportunity to be on the top most technical level and online with every emerging technology. In our advisory this means that we can pinpoint solutions which are both future proof, economically feasible and most importantly well functioning. Independent advice
Netplan is 100% independent of any interest from operators, suppliers or manufactures. Our only product is advisory. This means that our advice is based on pure objective and technical criteria.
Netplan is member of ITEK (Danish trade association for it, telecommunications, electronics and communication enterprises) under Dansk Industri and Dansk Forening for Konkurrenceret.
Focused and tailored advisory
Netplan is tailoring its services on behalf of our customers, and the individual needs of each customer. You do not find standardized services at Netplan. Even in situations where we supply customers with services in narrow areas such as IP telephony or WAN planning, we still regard each individual customer as unique and with unique needs. Hence, it will always be the individual solution and not a standardized frame that rules the project and its contents.
Methodology and quality assurance
Our goal at Netplan is to deliver services of a uniform high level of quality. As a customer you are not running the risk of having a top qualified consultant selling you a project, and a less qualified junior consultant doing the consultants work. Every employee at Netplan has top level competences in various areas, and when we put together a team, you meet the people who are in fact are going to work on your project.
Every aspect of Netplan's work - from the initial contact to a project is finalized - is covered by our certified quality assurance system under the DS/EN ISO 9001:2000 standard. Within ISO 9001 one can choose which part of a production may be covered, and in Netplan we have chosen not only to assure our services, but the entire process. This ensures that every part of the complex chain of service delivery is covered and constantly improved. If you as a customer work under an ISO 9001 QA system, you will find it very easy to use our services - especially if our services are directly linked to your production.
Customers
Our customers come from both private and public organizations. About 60% of our turnover comes from projects in the public sector, where our typical projects include system specifications, tender processes (under the EU tender system), and purchase of IT and telecom services. For our private customers we typically assist in the same type of processes, and often with additional detailed knowledge in the area of e.g. the Internet, services in the public telecom networks etc.
